Description

EasyLife™X is the only commercial system in the world that can measure fluorescence lifetime dynamics. This unique protocol can dynamically obtain changes in fluorescence lifetime over time. Since lifetime is an intrinsic measurement, this new feature is far superior to steady-state fluorescence kinetics because it is not affected by non-intrinsic variables such as concentration, scattering, and photobleaching. A new feature introduced by EasyLife™X can now add a computer-controlled Peltier cuvette holder to the sample chamber. This optional accessory can automatically melt protein in a temperature range of -20 to 105 degrees Celsius, making it an ideal choice for temperature-dependent protein research.
