EBV (LMP2A) Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 27 peptides from latent membrane protein 2A (LMP2A) of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV; strain GD1), and consists of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 - 118 on LMP2A. LMP2A contributes to the survival of EBV-transformed B cells (Mancao & Hammerschmidt) and mediates partial escape of infected B cells from recognition by EBV-specific CD8+ T cells (Rancan et al).
