The gradient functions of the EP Series thermal cyclers help you simplify protocol optimization. Eppendorf EP series PCR thermal cyclers can also be easily connected to the cycler and are ideal for modular laboratory environments. Eppendorf ep series thermal cyclers all feature Electronic Sample Protection or ESP to ensure efficient and uniform heating at all times. There is also the option of a motorized touch automatic lid if you plan to offer comprehensive compatibility with robotic systems. A control panel (sold separately) with GUI and color display is also used to control the Mastercycler ep module.

EP Series thermal cyclers include intuitive software to track and report the status of your sample runs.
The control panels of these units can be operated with the keyboard or virtually any mouse to create and edit protocols in optionally password protected folders.
Protocols can be easily edited‗simply enter a new time or temperature, or add or delete a step with the touch of a button.
Virtually any external printer can be connected directly to the thermal cycler to print compliant reports with minimal fuss.
One control panel can control up to five Mastercycler ep cyclers.
If you need more throughput connect to a PC to control up to 30 Mastercycler ep units.
The eppendorf Mastercycler ep series thermal cycler series consists of eppendorf Mastercycler ep gradient, Mastercycler ep gradient S and Mastercycler ep 384. The Eppendorf Mastercycler gradient model uses an aluminum heating block with a gradient range of 1-20°C. Eppendorf Mastercycler ep gradients have a wider gradient range of 1-24°C, which was improved by using a silver heating block. Both ep-gradient and ep-gradient-s have a temperature control rate of 4-99°C and support 96 well plates with 0.2ml tubes and strips. The Eppendorf Mastercycler also includes the Eppendorf Mastercycler ep 384 thermal cycler. This model shares many of the features of the Eppendorf Mastercycler ep gradient, but accommodates 384 wells.
