Falcon® 96-Well Cell Culture Microplate manufactured by Corning is made from crystal-grade virgin polystyrene with non-treated polystyrene or standard tissue culture (TC) treatment surface. The bottom is 60% thinner than conventional polystyrene microplates, resulting in lower background fluorescence and enabling readings down to 340 nm. The opaque walls prevent cross-talk between wells.
