Fan Filter Unit manufactured by Weihui Lipu Machinery is a self-contained air blower with filtration to supply purified air to cleanrooms.
As air is drawn in from the top of the FFU, it is filtered through the HEPA filter by the fan.
Filtered clean air is uniformly distributed over the entire wind surface at a wind speed of 0.45 m/s ± 20%.
