The Fan Filter Unit with Integrated LED Light and Ionizers 6601-23-HRL-220 manufactured by Terra Universal provides a steady laminar flow stream of HEPA filtered air to the area below the mounted unit.
Please note that this unit is not full seam welded. If a leak test is required, full seam welded units leak-tested to meet ISO 14644-3 are optionally available.
