The Smart® WhisperFlow® Fan Filter Unit (EC Motor) 6601-23-HRS-EC manufactured by Terra Universal provides a steady laminar flow stream of HEPA filtered air to the area below the mounted unit.
Please note that this unit is not full seam welded. If a leak test is required, full seam welded units leak-tested to meet ISO 14644-3 are optionally available.
The DC motor is efficient and energy saving.
Internal baffling plate and diffuser panel make the air flow quiet and even.
Threaded holes 1/4 ( 6 mm) -20 in corners make the unit easy to hang and mount.
FDA-approved silicone sealant has good sealing, high safety and durability.
All-304 stainless steel BioSafe® frame and parts are easy to clean, hard and highly resistant to corrosion.
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter: 99.99% efficient at 0.3µm particle diameter.
Removable yellow power cord with 4-pin connector guarantee the convenience and soundness of the unit's installation to cleanrooms.
At an average air velocity of 90 FPM, the noise is as low as 49 dB.
The model 6601-26-R filter can be ordered separately for replacement.
The frame and filter face grille are made of aluminum. You can also choose an all-stainless steel model.
The filter can be easily replaced or serviced from inside the hood and clean room.
