Fixed Volume Microdispensers manufactured by Drummond Scientific are ideal for consistently and accurately dispensing micro-volume viscous or foaming liquids or where there is a risk of contamination of the microdispenser barrel by biological samples. The Fixed Volume Microdispenser consists of a borosilicate glass capillary and a stainless steel plunger. Custom spacers are also available, permitting fractional deliveries on all units. The required spacer is simply fitted over the plunger by removing the finger pad. The Fixed Volume Microdispenser has an overall volumetric accuracy of ±1% at full volume. It is supplied with a pack of colour coded capillaries, a replacement O-ring, an Allen key and a plunger calibration scale.
