Four-Channel Isolated Microvascular Tension Measurement System, 30 μm~10 mm, model 620M is manufactured by RWD Life Science Co.,LTD
The DMT620M in vitro microvascular tension measurement system is a special equipment for tissue-level vascular function research in basic cardiovascular research. It is a set of high-precision and durable scientific research instruments. Used for the study of various isolated tissues, such as isolated microvessels, isolated aorta, lung trachea and other annular samples (sample diameter ranges from 30 microns to 7 mm). The commonly tested experimental animals are rats and mice, which are especially suitable for studying the microvascular function of model diseases or transgenic mice. Commonly tested samples include: thoracic aorta, mesenteric artery, cerebral artery, abdominal aorta, coronary artery, renal artery, femoral artery, pulmonary artery, pulmonary trachea, carotid artery, uterine smooth muscle, bladder smooth muscle, etc.
The dedicated DMT host driver allows the tension data to be output directly to the LabChart software without the need to connect a physiological recorder for signal conversion, making the signal more stable and consistent.
Drugs can be added directly to the bath, and the effect of the drug on blood vessel contraction or relaxation can be reflected by measuring the change in tension.
The four-channel isolated microvascular tension measurement system is suitable for tissue-level vascular function research, vascular physiology research, vascular pathophysiology research and pharmacology research.
