Features

Equipped with a host computer interface and dedicated PC control software. The operation of the headspace sampler can be monitored through the workstation, and it can be operated through the workstation or third-party software.
Large touchscreen interface: Multiple method parameter settings, real-time display of working status, operation process information, etc.; multiple methods can be edited, stored, and called up at any time.
Can preset up to 40 samples, with a maximum of 9 samples overlapping heating, greatly improving work efficiency. Precise microcomputer control ensures consistent heating time for each sample. The air bath heating method ensures uniform heating, ensuring sampling accuracy, which is more uniform than traditional metal bath heating.
Features sample bottle shaking function for the extraction of complex matrices. Shortens heating time and improves efficiency.
Each bottle can undergo up to 10 cycles of Multiple Headspace Extraction (MHE).
Equipped with various fault diagnosis and handling modes. In the event of mechanical movement abnormalities, it can automatically stop and prompt, effectively ensuring the reliability of high-precision movements and preventing bottle collisions. In maintenance mode, instrument maintenance, fault diagnosis, and leak detection can be easily carried out.
All sample transfer pipelines and quantitative loops are treated with RESTEK deactivation, Siltek®/Sulfinert® processed 316L stainless steel tubing, ensuring no residue, enabling the transmission of polar compounds, acidic substances, sulfides, and avoiding cross-contamination, ensuring the repeatability and accuracy of sample injection.
The combination of six-way valves and quantitative loops minimizes dead volume, ensuring sampling accuracy. The connection points between the six-way valves and the transfer pipelines are located within a heated insulation box, eliminating transfer cold spots and ensuring sample integrity.
Utilizes the classic positive pressure sampling method, suitable for liquid or solid samples, with high detection sensitivity. Atmospheric pressure sampling ensures baseline stability. It can detect benzene in water at 1 ppb.
All six-way valves and all turntables and push rods are driven by motors, eliminating the need for external driving gas and ensuring safe and convenient operation.
Comes with standard pressure cap pliers and 100 sets of imported sample bottles, facilitating user use and reducing costs.
Integrated design with a compact structure; the whole machine adopts a full aluminum alloy structure, ensuring rigidity while significantly reducing weight, ensuring safe transportation.
Strong compatibility, can easily connect with all types of gas chromatographs and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer systems. The interface connection is quick and easy. Just connect the carrier gas and insert the transfer pipeline into the GC injection port. Can synchronize startup with chromatographs and workstations and read chromatograph ready signals for collaboration.
