Description

The HS-5 fully automatic headspace sampler features a full Chinese LCD display for simple, one-button operation. It automates the entire process, including heating equilibration, needle insertion, sampling, injection, chromatograph and workstation startup, and sample vial replacement, achieving full process automation. It can preset 40 samples and simultaneously heat 12 samples, significantly improving time efficiency and ensuring reliability and consistency without manual intervention. The air bath heating method ensures uniform heating for accurate sampling, surpassing traditional metal bath methods. The sampler comes with multiple factory-installed analysis methods that users can modify and store. It includes multiple fault detection and handling modes, automatically stopping and alerting in case of mechanical anomalies to ensure high-precision operation. After injection, sample vials return to their original position, preserving rare samples and facilitating traceability. All sample transfer lines and quantitative loops are treated with RESTEK Siltek®/Sulfinert® for high inertness, allowing the transmission of polar compounds, acids, and sulfides without residue or cross-contamination, ensuring repeatability and accuracy. The six-port valve and quantitative loop combination minimizes dead volume, enhancing injection precision. Connection points within the heated insulation box eliminate cold spots, maintaining sample integrity. The sampler uses a classic positive pressure sampling method for high detection sensitivity with liquid or solid samples, stable baseline, and the ability to detect benzene at 1ppb in water. It is fully motor-driven, requiring no external drive gas, ensuring safe and convenient use. The device features an integrated design with an aluminum alloy structure and plastic outer shell for rigidity and reduced weight, ensuring transport safety. It offers strong compatibility with various gas chromatographs, supporting multiple connection methods and not occupying the chromatograph injection port. It can synchronize with chromatographs and workstations, reading the chromatograph's ready signal for coordinated operation. Optional accessories include different temperature six-port valves and imported inert injection needles, with an optional electronic pressure control (EPC) system to reduce manual adjustment errors. An RS232 interface is available for workstation communication, allowing parameter settings from the workstation.

All sample transfer pipelines and quantitative loops are treated with RESTEK deactivation, Siltek®/Sulfinert® processed 316L stainless steel tubing, ensuring no residue, enabling the transmission of polar compounds, acidic substances, sulfides, and avoiding cross-contamination, ensuring the repeatability and accuracy of sample injection. The combination of six-way valves and quantitative loops minimizes dead volume, ensuring sampling accuracy. The connection points between the six-way valves and the transfer pipelines are located within a heated insulation box, eliminating transfer cold spots and ensuring sample integrity.
Utilizes the classic positive pressure sampling method, suitable for liquid or solid samples, with high detection sensitivity. Atmospheric pressure sampling ensures baseline stability. It can detect benzene in water at 1 ppb.
All actions are driven by motors, eliminating the need for external driving gas, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
