Description

G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Selection Kit contains 4 different types of 1ml G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Agarose Fast Flow Columns for initial screening of suitable ion exchange resins and/or pH or ionic strength optimization for priming and elution Buffer, separation of target protein or substance by ion exchange chromatography.

Biomolecules or proteins carrying a net charge opposite to the ion exchanger bind to the ion exchanger and thereby separate them from the bulk molecules in the sample.

The G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Selection Kit contains each, G-Trap™ CM Agarose Express, G-Trap™ SP Agarose Express, G-Trap™ DEAE Agarose Express, and G-Trap™ Q Agarose Fast flow column.

After preliminary screening of suitable ion exchange resins by G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Selection Kit, separate G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Sepharose Fast Flow Columns can be ordered in bulk as needed.

G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Agarose Fast Flow Columns are available in 1ml and 5ml column volumes namely G-Trap™ CM Agarose Fast Flow, G-Trap™ SP Agarose Fast Flow, G-Trap™ DEAE Agarose Fast Flow and G-Trap™ Q Sepharose Fast Flow Columns.

G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Agarose Fast Flow Columns can separate biomolecules on the basis of charge using prepacked columns. G-Trap™ Ion Exchange Agarose Fast Flow Columns are used for method detection, separation or purification of biomolecules, sample concentration and sample cleanup of charged molecules.
