Highlights

1. Reliable, needle-type intake and exhaust valve installation. These ovens, located near the bottom front corner, are conveniently connected to a vacuum pump, trap or exhaust. The serrated nozzle accepts 10-12mm diameter flexible vacuum tubes. The vacuum gauge shows vacuum pull, from 0 to 1000 mbar.
2. The housing is sturdy, baked epoxy polyester painted steel that looks good even in the harshest working conditions. The vacuum chamber is a solid light alloy casting providing two rack and three rack positions.
3. Fiberglass insulation maintains safe, low case temperature. The chamber is enclosed by a 12.5 mm thick tempered glass plate sealed in a silicone rubber gasket. The glass panel is mounted on the door with 4 spring-loaded pins to ensure a good, even seal with the cabin. The door is closed by a strong and positive twist action latch. As an extra safety precaution, 4mm thick polycarbonate shatter-resistant safety shields cover the doors and windows.
