Each Fill skid holds two lots of 8 bottles Schubert Pack Station 2 – Bottles picked from unscrambler conveyor belt and placed into Sorting Skid Schubert Pack Station 3 – Depending on product type set up, robot places flip top/pump/insert into Fill Skid Schubert Pack Station 4 – Filling station number 1, load cell lifts up bottles slightly from the filling skid to measure weight/fill volume.
