The Hitachi F-4500 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer is a PC controlled instrument featuring a new advanced Optical-Mechanical design which allows acquisition of spectra in less than one second and the acquisition of 3-dimensional plots in less than one minute. The Hitachi F-4500 offers photometry in fluorescence, phosphorescence and luminescence. The high energy throughput and excellent signal to noise ratio allows measurements of chemiluminescent and bioluminescent compounds.
