HiTrap Capto Q ImpRes maufactured by Cytiva is a chromatography column prepacked with a strong cation exchange modern resin, ideal for screening of selectivity, binding and elution conditions, as well as small scale protein capture and intermediate purification. The convenient HiTrap format make it easy to connect a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system such as an ÄKTA system. The column is specially designed to provide quality and flexibility in process-scale applications. Scaling up allows for high resolution combined with quick flow rates.
