Description

The HTC series relies on advanced and reliable circuits to achieve a temperature stability of 0.0009°C. Its compact package is ideal for space-constrained applications. The linear PI control loop provides maximum stability, while the bipolar current source is designed to increase efficiency. The HTC1500 drives up to 1.5 A for thermoelectric (bipolar) or resistive heater (unipolar). The HTC3000 drives currents up to ±3 A. The evaluation board simplifies the prototype design: HTCEVALPCB.
