Description

The HA-3680 integrated machine features an LCD display and microcomputer control with comprehensive protection measures and optional RS232 or 485 interface for communication with a host computer for remote monitoring. The robust design uses 304 stainless steel for key components, ensuring durability. The hydrogen section includes high-purity hydrogen production through transition metal catalysis and multi-stage purification, with low water quality requirements for cost-effective maintenance. Automatic water supply is controlled by a microcomputer to prevent dry burning, with an optional external 15L water tank for over two months of use. The hydrogen section also includes leak detection and automatic shutoff. The zero air section features a Thomas oil-free compressor for stable performance and long life, with pressure swing adsorption drying technology for maintenance-free operation. The hydrocarbon removal device uses high-temperature catalytic oxidation with precious metal catalysts to convert hydrocarbons to carbon dioxide and water, ensuring high-purity zero air with particle filtration.
