IMA SC1000 Capsule Feeding And Selecting Unit, 380V, model SC1000, is manufactured by IMA.
The SC capsule feeding and selecting unit automatically selects any crushed or ovalized capsules, then feeds them to the capsule filling machines main hopper. The system consists of a capsule container placed near the machine, provided with a continuous rotating wheel with calibrated holes so that only perfect capsules pass through. After the selection capsules are fed into the machine hopper by means of an uplifting belt.

Different selecting wheels available depending on capsule size.
Particularly suitable to be connected to high speed capsule filling machines such as the Imatic.
Even if designed as a standalone unit, the SC device automatically stops and restarts when the capsule minimum load level is reached inside the filling hopper.
