Description

IMAC Chromstar® FF/HP are uncharged affinity chromatography media capable of coupling specific metal ions. These media are used for the purification of His-tagged proteins when Ni2+ is not the optimal choice of metal ion. They are also suitable for purifying native and untagged recombinant proteins.
