Description

IMG-300 UHV Inverted Magnetron Gauge is manufactured by Agilent Technologies, which can be used independently or integrated with Agilent XGS-600 gauge controller into a variety of vacuum systems, while taking into account stable ultra-high vacuum pressure measurement and fast pressure responsiveness.
