The in vitro microvascular pressure myography system-114P is used to study the physiological functions of microarteries, veins and other blood vessels. Simulate the physiological environment in the body in vitro, and study the pharmacology of drugs and the mechanism of action of other vasoactive compounds under simulated physiological conditions. An isolated microvessel sample is tied to two hollow glass cannulas, and the physiological pressure and temperature of the blood vessel are adjusted through the host settings; the buffer solution flows through the lumen of the blood vessel to simulate the physiological environment of the blood vessel. Study vascular myogenic responses, flow-mediated vasodilation, and drug activity testing under simulated physiological conditions.
