LabGard protective cabinet NU-813 is a Class I protective cabinet equipped with a HEPA filter. In the Class I configuration, NU-813 provides personnel protection for handling low-risk aerosols and particulate matter. Indoor air enters the cabinet, flows through the operator, and enters the opening of the working channel. This channel provides an air barrier that minimizes the migration of pollutants generated in the working area of the cabinet into the room. Air flows through the cabinet with contaminants, exiting through a HEPA filter as a Class I Cabinet.
