The Laminar Flow Diffuser with HEPA Filter 6601-22-HDR manufactured by Terra Universal provides steady laminar flow stream of HEPA filtered air to the area below the mounted unit for cleanrooms.
Please note that this unit is not full seam welded. If a leak test is required, full seam welded units leak-tested to meet ISO 14644-3 are optionally available.
Includes 12"-diameter x 2"H collar for connection to air supply; Airflow performance depends on flow of supplied air handler.
Threaded (1/4-20 UNC) inserts on corners make the unit easy to hang and mount.
FDA-approved silicone sealant has good sealing, high safety and durability has good sealing, high safety and durability.
Optional Challenge Port Kit can be ordered separately.
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter: 99.99% efficient at 0.3µm particle diameter.
Recommended for use on Medium speed.
The frame and filter face grille are made of aluminum. You can also choose an all-stainless steel model.
The filter can be easily replaced or serviced from inside the hood and clean room.
