The Leica Autostain XL is specially designed for routine staining in histopathology laboratories. Due to its flexibility and reliability, the Autostainer XL has become one of the most successful products of its kind, being used by 2000 laboratories worldwide.
The most powerful feature of the Leica Autostainer XL stainer is that it can be used for conventional H&E staining alone or simultaneously with other staining protocols. Tissue sections are firmly attached to slides and staining results are very reproducible. Thanks to its simple and logical operation, the Autostainer XL makes everyday use particularly easy and efficient.
The microprocessor-controlled Leica Autostainer XL has 15 operating programs. In addition to these procedures, Leica Staining Systems also carries a trouble-free stainless steel robotic arm that moves quickly and quietly in the x, y and z axes of motion to handle the slide racks.
In addition, the Leica Autostainer XL features an innovative continuous loading and unloading drawer channel and robotic arm system that allow you to continue slide processing without stopping instrument operation. Reagent containers of the Autostainer XL can also be quickly and easily exchanged. Exposure to harmful reagent fumes is even minimized.
