Description

The Leica RM 2135 rotary microtome is ideal for use in routine laboratory applications. The Leica RM 2135 manual slicer offers smooth and easy turns through the use of a manual handwheel. This results in perfectly stretched sections every time. Thanks to GMI's recertification process, you can rest assured that your newly recertified Leica RM 2135 will meet the highest standards and meet the original manufacturer's specifications for paraffin and hard sectioning.

The Leica RM 2135 Manual Microtome is a manual rotary microtome with retract and trim buttons. The unit features a disposable blade holder and quick release specimen holder. You can expect exceptional safety standards and user-friendly operation.

The Leica RM 2135 manual microscope unit features crossed roller bearings for lateral and vertical specimen feeding, ensuring precise reproducibility of section thickness and optimum section quality. For the first time, this technology has been applied to a manually operated rotary microtome.

A new patented gravity compensation system counteracts the centrifugal force generated during the cutting process. This guarantees a very smooth and easy turning of the handwheel for a good, chatter-free section of uniform travel. Thus, the smooth running handwheel creates stress-free working conditions and repetitive motion disturbances are reduced to a minimum.

Ideal for routine laboratory applications, including paraffin and hard sectioning techniques, the Leica RM2135 rotary microknife ensures smooth and easy rotation with the system's manual handwheel. This versatile Leica microtome also features a disposable blade holder and quick-release specimen holders, ensuring user safety and convenience.

The ergonomically designed Leica RM2135 manual microtome is equipped with lateral roller bearings for horizontal and vertical specimen feeding. This feature helps provide precise section thickness reproducibility and optimum section quality.
