The MagCellect Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD4+ T cells via a negative selection principle. The resulting cell preparation is highly enriched with CD4+ T cells. Typical purity of recovered CD4+ T cells ranges from 90-95%, with no detectable CD8+ T cells.
