The MagCellect Mouse Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate naïve CD4+ T cells via a negative selection principle. The resulting cell preparation is highly enriched with naïve CD4+ T cells (CD3+/CD4+/CD62L+/CD44low). Typical purity of recovered cells ranges from 85-95%.
