We are proud to carry brand new laboratory scale fermenter alternatives to New Brunswick Sartorius B. Braun and Applikon. . The modular MS-F1 is a programmable fermentation system with a user-friendly interface design. It is a complete system including all necessary accessories. It can be configured with single culture vessel or double jacket culture vessel to cultivate different microbial materials. Experiments show that the method has high reproducibility. There are manual mode and programmable mode. In addition, cascade and acid start conditions are built into the controller. It also has a controller - two container options are available to save space on the bench.

Bioengineering MS-F1 Laboratory Fermenter Assembly

A. Vessel: Electropolished 316 stainless steel head and base plate mounted on a single glass vessel.
10 ports for multiple applications - such as pH-DO-temperature-anti-foam-sampling-propagation etc.

B. Stirring: Top drive removable motor with true speed measurement. The single mechanical seal requires no spare parts or lubrication and performs exceptionally well under pressure and vacuum. 3 ea electropolished 316 stainless steel impeller.

C. Aeration: The unit is equipped with a flow meter (rotameter type 010 L/min) to control the air flow into the bioreactor. L-Sprinkler: The geometry of the vessel combined with a properly designed impeller provides optimum transfer rates and mixing for the culture.

Programmable Microprocessor Controller

A. 15-step programmable temperature controller: PID controller comes with 15-step programmable temperature controller
Bottom heating plate combined with cooling valve, temperature range/accuracy: 0-90℃/+/- 0.1℃

B. 15-step programmable stirring controller
PID controller with 15 programmable steps ranging from 0 to 1200 rpm

C. pH Controller
1 dynamic pH probe with colloidal electrolyte, accuracy range pH 2~12 / 0.01

D. DO display
Autoclavable Gold DO Probe, Range 0~100%

E. Defoaming controller
Stainless steel probes with electrical isolation are attached to ports on the bioreactor head plate, allowing height adjustment. Delay loop operation is automatically controlled by two programmable timers.

F. Pump versatility The four built-in programmable pumps can be assigned to more than five different functions via the keypad. These include the addition of acid-base chemical modifiers and nutrients and harvesting of the culture. Control capability is also provided with an optional fifth pump. Adjustable flow rate for each easy load pump head and 15 programmable steps for each feed application.
