Description

MaXtar® MMC/MMC HR is a series of multimodal chromatography resins based on an improved agarose matrix. Unlike traditional ion exchange chromatography resins, MaXtar® MMC is composed of multiple groups with different properties: carboxyl groups, hydrogen bonds, and hydrophobic groups. These resins can bind to positively charged biomolecules in high conductivity environments, making them ideal for the separation and purification of samples after high-salt elution or high-salt pretreatment. MaXtar® MMC HR offers higher resolution than MaXtar® MMC.
