MiniFlex is a general-purpose X-ray diffractometer that can perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on polycrystalline materials. MiniFlex now offers two versions. The operating power of the MiniFlex 600 is 600 watts (X-ray tube), which is twice that of other desktop computers, which can speed up the analysis and increase the overall throughput. The new MiniFlex 300 has an operating power of 300 watts (X-ray tube) and does not require an external heat exchanger, so it has a small footprint. Each model has been carefully designed to maximize the flexibility of desktop packaging.
