GVS Neutral Nylon Transfer Membrane manufactured by GVS Group is a hydrophilic microporous nylon membrane impregnated in by an inert polyester web, ideal for protein binding and for high, reproducible binding of nucleic acids. The support web gives it added dimensional strength and stability to prevent cracking, tearing, curling and breaking. This added strength and durability make it ideal for application that require aggressive handling, such as colony lifts and plaque lifts. GVS Neutral Nylon Transfer Membrane features UV crosslinking to enhance the retention of macromolecules, such as nucleic acids and preserve the integrity of DNA or RNA transfers.
