The A-10PSA air source generator is designed for safety and reliability, with microcomputer control and features such as overcurrent protection, automatic shutdown to prevent compressor damage, and a safety valve to automatically relieve pressure if it becomes too high. It uses high-quality components, including an American Thomas oil-free rocking piston compressor, Japanese SMC particle filter, and Taiwanese Airtac pneumatic components. The gas storage tank and filter are made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy to prevent rust and ensure durability. The floor-standing design saves lab space and includes wheels for easy movement. It features an independent compressor soundproof compartment for quieter operation and uses pressure swing adsorption drying technology, eliminating the need for frequent filter changes, and operates continuously 24/7. The generator has a dual-stage pressure stabilization system with minimal output pressure fluctuations.
