PE NCI 900 Network Interface Box, Perkin Elmer (CAT#: STEM-CPO-0611-ZJF)

Highlights

Four programmable unipolar and four programmable bipolar voltage ranges (see below for specifications). Each voltage range provides a dynamic range of 1: 5,000,000 (134 dB) at a sampling rate of one point per second. When using older versions of chromatography programs, the effective range is limited to 1: 1,000,000 (120 dB).
Two, sense-input lines (Start and Stop). The sense-input lines signal the NCI to start or stop data collection.
One Instrument Ready relay. The Instrument Ready relay is on whenever the NCI is ready to take data from the chromatograph.

Features

Four programmable unipolar and four programmable bipolar voltage ranges (see below for specifications). Each voltage range provides a dynamic range of 1: 5,000,000 (134 dB) at a sampling rate of one point per second. When using older versions of chromatography programs, the effective range is limited to 1: 1,000,000 (120 dB).
Two, sense-input lines (Start and Stop). The sense-input lines signal the NCI to start or stop data collection.
One Instrument Ready relay. The Instrument Ready relay is on whenever the NCI is ready to take data from the chromatograph.
Fourteen optional relays. You can program these relays from a host computer to control external devices associated with the chromatography procedure.
4 MB of dynamic memory. This dynamic memory stores data and executing programs.
The NCI 902 contains two A/D converters. The second A/D converter allows you to collect data from two detectors during a single run.
The NCI 902 front panel has membrane switches and LEDs for controlling and monitoring sampling. The membrane switches allow you to start and stop data collection. The LEDs allow you to determine if the power to the NCI is on, if the NCI is ready to start the next run, if the NCI is currently acquiring data, and if the detector data are in range.
