1. The detector is used for the monitoring of proteins, nucleic acids and other substances at 254, 280 or 405 nm.
2. The UV-1 is a flow-through dual beam column monitoring ideally suited for a wide range of chromatographic conditions.
3. Has a wide sensitivity range, measuring optical density from 0.0004 to 6.67 and transmittance from 0 to 100%.
4. Requires filter kit (not included).
5. Measure UV absorbance in the range of 0.01-2 absorbance units, 8 full scale sensitivity range. Results are expressed in AU or %T.
