The NU-NTE800 isolator creates a unidirectional flow supply of HEPA filtration in the work area and exchange area at a rate of 20 air changes per minute to ensure that it meets the requirements of ISO Class 5 (formerly Federal Standard 209E, Class 100). The use of unidirectional flow ensures that HEPA filtered air flows continuously between the work area and the exchange area, thereby ensuring sterility and minimizing cross-contamination.
