Description

The manufacturer of Photometrics Coolsnap K4 Microscope Camera is Photometrics. Model is Coolsnap K4. The CoolSNAP™ K4 monochrome camera from Photometrics® provides high-resolution imaging for low-light scientific applications requiring a large field of view. This cooled CCD camera provides 12-bit digitization at 20 MHz. The large size of the CCD allows the user to image the entire field of view of the microscope, while the small pixel size ideally matches the resolution limit of the microscope. The 4-megapixel detector is capable of resolving very fine image details, but the pixels can be easily classified to improve sensitivity. Advanced line-to-line transfer CCD technology provides high quantum efficiency. Compatible with Windows® XP/Vista 32, Mac OS X and Linux® (kernel version 2.4 and 2.6.8) © 2010 Photometrics.
