UV fused silica glass material has a wider spectral range (185nm-2.1μm) than K9 optical glass and has excellent transmittance in the ultraviolet band. It has a lower refractive index, better uniformity, smaller thermal expansion coefficient, higher chemical resistance and very low fluorescence, and can be used to make various optical components.
