The unique Prep96 Homogenizer supports automatic batch homogenization of up to 96 samples in sample tubes in the range of 1.5 mL to 50 mL. With the help of the Omni Prep96 workflow software, a custom configuration file can be created and deployed within minutes via an interactive GUI, so that hands-free preparation of 1 to 96 samples is possible. The Omni Prep 96 is designed to provide automatic homogenization using the same generator probe movement as a manual handheld homogenizer operated by laboratory technicians. During processing, the motor head can move vertically and horizontally in the tube to maximize the contact of the sample with the generator probe, thus ensuring complete homogenization. Omni Prep96 has whisper drive technology. The Omni Prep96 is equipped with four 40-watt brushless motors that require almost no maintenance and are also excellent in operation. Using whisper drive technology, the motor can maintain the processing speed at +/- 1% to ensure the reproducibility and accuracy of all samples, regardless of fluctuations in sample size and viscosity. The Omni Prep96 can utilize 7 mm plastic Omni Tip generator probes.
