Description

Protein G Chromstar® 4FF is an affinity chromatography medium prepared by coupling Protein G to the Chromstar® matrix through CNBr activation. Protein G binds to the Fc region of various mammalian IgGs and exhibits weak affinity for the Fab region. With a broader binding spectrum compared to Protein A, Protein G Chromstar® 4FF is ideal for separating and purifying immunoglobulins and their fragments from different liquid samples, such as cell culture medium or serum. Additionally, it can be used to isolate immune complexes.
