R2F PHANTOM Fan Filter Units manufactured by Gordon Incorporated provide air filtration with the highest performance, the quietest operation, and room side replaceable filters for cleanrooms.
Room side replaceable filters allow for quick and easy replacement and maintenance.
The units include all the features necessary for most FFU applications.

Pre-filter frame: top housing fabricated from powder-coated galvanized steel. sides and ends are extruded aluminum
Motor/blower: 1/4 HP 3 speed(high/med/low), permanent split capacitor/10" forward curve centrifugal blower
Filter: HEPA, 3" height with anodized aluminum frame, gel channel for housing/filter seal
Pre-filter: Merv 4 fiberglass, nominal 20" x 20" x 1"
Fan speed control: off/3 speed switch (low/med/high)
Line connection: per NEC code
Face screen: powder-coated aluminum, 1/8" holes on 3/16" stg centers
Hanging provision: 1/4-20 threads provided in top (4) corners for suspension

Guaranteed Air Tightness: To ensure an airtight seal, the HEPA filter frames contain a channel filled with urethane gel sealant that matches the knife edge of the R2F PHANTOM housing.
Low Noise: The unit operates at an exceptionally quiet noise level of NC-40 when set to high speed.
Safety: PHANTOM is listed and approved by U.L. and CUL.
Reliability: Motors generally can be expected to last over 11 years, with a rating of 100,000 hours.
Replaceable Prefilters: HEPA final filters are protected and extended in life by MERV 4 prefilters.
Adjustable Speed Motors: Motors are 1/4 H.P. permanent split capacitor (PSC) 115 or 277 V/1-Phase/60 Hz, with three-speed switches.
Perforated Air Diffuser Face Screen: During replacement or validation testing, the perforated aluminum face screen can be removed.
