RampTrol Temperature Controls, model 104A PL912 is manufactured by Glas-Col LLC. This product is a microprocessor-based temperature controller which can provide four-file/24-step program capability or easy-to-use non-ramping set-point operation. The RampTrol automatically sets PID parameters (proportional band, reset / integral and rate / differential) through a "learning" sequence in auto adjust mode. The main analog input is thermocouple. Auxiliary output can be used for cooling, and 4-20mA retransmission output is used for temperature recording and RTD input. Information is stored in nonvolatile memory.
