The Sakura Tissue-Tek TEC 5 is a two-module drop-in console system designed for efficiency and customization, even for high-volume laboratories. Tissue Tek TEC 5 provides a compact and single workstation for specimen positioning and paraffin embedding.

The TEC 5 system can be customized according to user preference, with modules arranged left-to-right or right-to-left for optimal workflow. Other advances to optimize operation include: a finger touchpad and optional foot pedal for precise control of paraffin flow; Great flexibility.

To support efficient and optimized performance, the Tissue-Tek TEC 5 system provides temperature control in critical areas for even conditioning. Separate temperature-controlled left and right heat storage chambers allow the use of base molds as paraffin baths or incubators.
