SAM MICROSOUND NCR Fan Filter Unit 12261 SAM24 MS NCR manufactured by Clean Rooms International provides clean air for cleanroom applications.

SAM Fan Filter Units are complete motorized Supply Air Modules equipped with HEPA or ULPA filters.
Remove the whole unit from the ceiling to replace SAM NCR Style filters.
Standard Equipments: 99.99% efficient HEPA filter, 30% ASHRAE pleated type prefilter, seismic clip suspension points, safety switch, variable speed control with RFI suppression.
Housings are made of steel with a white powder coating and seismic clip suspension points.
N310 motor blower: energy efficient, single-phase electric power, low watt backward curved impeller, permanent split capacitor, overheat protection.
Final filters are protected by a white epoxy diamond pattern grille and are tested in accordance with the Institute of Environmental Sciences (IEST) and ISO standards. Standard HEPA filters are 99.99% efficient and optional ULPA filters are 99.9995% efficient.

Description: 2'×4' NCR Style HEPA Filter, 99.99% eff. @ 0.3 micron

NCR Style Filter Data: 90 FPM average face velocity @ initial 0.47 w.g. and 99.99% efficient @ 0.3µm. An anodized aluminum frame holds the 53mm media which is protected by a diamond pattern white epoxy coated steel grille. Remove the unit from ceilling to replace the filter and then re-install the unit.

Standard Ceiling Size: All 2'×4' models are designed to fit a nominal 2'×4' ceiling grid with a 22.5"×46.5" standard opening.
Air Flow: Airflow ranges from 400 to 750 CFM for a 2'×4' unit and 250 to 400 CFM for a 2'×2' unit. At 90 FPM, CFM is nominal 632 on a 2'×4' and 300 on a 2'×2' unit respectively. Airflow for units running at 50 Hz will be about 20% less.
Sound Level: At average face velocity of 90 FPM measured 30" from face of filter, sound level is approximately 54 dba with less than 45 dba ambient sound level. The different conditions will affect the test results.
