SD9 is a robust, accurate, mechanical modular line designed to achieve high production rate, low noise levels, safe and hygienic performances.
To produce unit-doses in plastic thermoformable materials for liquid and semi-liquid products.
This machine was installed new in 2017 in Toluca but never used. Was used only to run tests.
Final product is a small thermoformed PVC bottle with liquid Product (or creams) inside. Molds/tooling are not included in the sale.
This machine is a PET former and blower, using 2 layers of PET to form a bottle and them filling the mini bottle with liquid and seal it.
Output: 30 cycles/min up to 18.000 unit-doses/hour
