MAC-1 Intelligent Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer is a fully automatic moisture analysis system jointly developed by the R&D Department of Shanghai Jingqi Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. and the Fifth Third Research Institute of China Ordnance Industry Group. It adopts a super large-screen LCD liquid crystal display with a touch screen, with rich software content, Chinese character prompts for operation content, flexible and convenient man-machine dialogue, test result storage and printing and other functions. In 2010, in cooperation with the State Key Laboratory of Precision Testing Technology and Instruments of Tsinghua University, it was further improved with ultra-precision displacement measurement technology, and the measurement accuracy has made a qualitative leap and reached the national level.
MAC-1 Smart Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer has rich calculation functions, and the calculation formula corresponding to each analysis method has been preset in the instrument. A variety of results (moisture percentage, moisture ppm, absolute value of water in the sample, volume of Cassette reagent consumed) are displayed at the same time, and the colored titration curve is dynamically displayed during the titration process. It not only allows you to browse more instrument parameters and analysis result information intuitively, but also allows you to identify and measure possible side reactions at the right time, so as to suppress them.
