1) Materials used:

c. The reagent supplement bottle adopts a hidden low water level indicator light, which is easy to clean and not easy to break
d. Saturated air barrel adopts SUS#304 stainless steel high pressure barrel for heat preservation effect
e. The blue frame of the laboratory adopts a plane indexing frame, and the angle is 20°±5° according to the standard requirements. The fog falling and fogging on all sides are exactly the same, and the number of test pieces placed is large.
2) Spray system:
a. Using Bernoult's principle to absorb brine and then atomize it, the degree of atomization is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of crystallization blocking, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing.
b. Nozzle: made of special glass, the spray volume and spray angle can be adjusted
c. Spray volume: adjustable 1-2ml (80cm2/hr) (16-hour average volume)
3) Air supply system:
The air pressure is adjusted in two stages at 1Kg/cm2, the first stage is rough adjustment 2-2.5 Kg/cm2 type and has the function of filtering oil and water, and the second stage is fine adjustment 1Kg/cm2 1/4PT pressure gauge.
4) Heating device:
Direct heating is adopted, the heating speed is fast and the standby time is reduced. When the temperature is reached, it will be automatically ON, and the OFFmn switch will make the temperature accurate and consume less power (pure titanium heating tube, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and long service life). 5) Control system:
Using the company's self-developed control system, it can run for 800,000 hours without failure in harsh working environments. Integrate all current test methods (including continuous and interval).
6) Safety control system:
a. When the water level is low, automatically switch the power supply device. (Water level monitor Taiwan Xiangyang)
b. When over temperature, automatic power cut off device (Italy EGO)
c. With safety warning device (display APT)
2. Installation requirements:
Power supply 220V single phase 3KW 50/60HZ
a. The back of the machine is placed about 50cm away from the wall, and there is room for maintenance on the left and right sides.
b. The outer line of the machine is the power line of the main power line of 2.5cm2. Before connecting the power supply, please install a non-fuse switch or a knife switch (about 15A)
c. Please connect the compressed air source to the back of the machine, the pressure must be kept above 2kg/cm2, and then connect to the air filter behind the machine.
d. The drainage pipe can be PVC1/2″ pipe or a hard pipe with an outer diameter of 22mm, or a hose, and the water pipe should be directed downward. The exhaust pipe can be a PVC1½″ hard pipe with an outer diameter of 52mm, or a hose. Extend to the outside for discharge. Attention should be paid to the installation of the exhaust pipe, which can automatically add water from the machine parallel to the bottom. The water source must be prepared, tap water, and the water pressure is above 2kg/cm2 and below 7kg/cm2. A water quality filter must be installed at the entrance of the machine for tap water to meet the requirements of test water and prevent the pipeline from being blocked.
e. The installation location of the machine: the indoor temperature must be kept at 25°C±5°C and avoid direct sunlight, so as not to affect the test conditions, try not to get close
f. Air compressor technical specifications: 1HP or 2HP, single cylinder, 23 liters of air barrel (customer-owned)
