The shell of the instrument is made of ABS engineering plastic to avoid being corroded by sulfuric acid and to ensure the insulation of the instrument.
With automatic dilution function, automatically add diluent; alkali; boric acid. Each reagent has a liquid level detection. When the reagent is short of liquid, the instrument will alarm and prompt and stop working until the reagent is replenished to ensure accurate addition.
Automatic detection of cooling water flow and water pressure, when the water flow is cut off, the instrument alarms, and the screen prompts, and the current distillation state is retained. When the water flow is normal, the distillation continues for the remaining time, and the pause time is increased intelligently.
It has real-time detection and control of the temperature of the distillation cup; if the temperature in the liquid accumulation bottle is too high, the instrument stops the distillation, and automatically continues the remaining time of distillation after the temperature drops.
It has the function of real-time detection and prompting of whether the protective door is closed.
Manual and automatic dual modes can be switched at will, and the whole test process can be tracked and displayed in real time, and an alarm and text prompts will appear in time if there is an operation error.
It has corrosion-resistant water, acid, and alkali liquid level detection. When the liquid level is too low, it protects the current sample state and ensures the normal distillation of the current sample.
The gas filling system adopts a constant pressure pump to ensure the stability of the liquid filling.
The distiller adopts double liquid level control (double insurance) to eliminate the risk of dry burning.
Intermittent addition and subtraction ensures that the acid-base reaction is in a controllable state. Avoid the violent reaction of acid and alkali in the absence of steam to generate heat and cause ammonia gas to escape.
