1. The Sorvall RT7 refrigerated centrifuge combines the features of benchtop centrifuges and those of larger refrigerated centrifuges in a compact benchtop instrument.
2. It is similar to other Sorvall benchtop centrifuges, with the addition of a refrigeration system consisting of an evaporator/rotor chamber and a low temperature condensing unit.
3. Has a digital readout display, closed loop speed control, and has a tachometer port that allows for rotor calibration.

5. The slewing, self-centering drive has a hex drive spindle that ensures proper seating of the rotor.
