The Specac® Mini-Pellet Press Pack from Specac Ltd is an entry-level laboratory hydraulic press for the preparation of high-quality 7mm KBr pellets for transmission FTIR analysis. This device is designed to be used on a laboratory bench top, with a rugged and durable constructure yet small size and light weight. Full hydraulic operation, and an innovative sealed hydraulic unit, allows the user to apply the required load for sample preparation through the simple rotation of a load knob.
